Cubs' Amaya strains oblique, will need IL stint

Cubs catcher Miguel Amaya left in the fifth inning of Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Cincinnati Reds due to a left oblique strain and will be placed on the injured list, according to manager Craig Counsell.
